Funeral services for Mack Allen Knapp, Jr., 37, of Denham Springs, LA will be held at Clayton Apostolic Church on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at 2PM with Rev. Joel Ritchey and Rev. Melton Rushing officiating. Interment will follow at Cowan Family Cemetery in Dunbarton, LA, under the direction of Young's Funeral Home. Mack was born on Monday, November 07, 1983 in Ferriday, LA. and passed away Saturday, October 30, 2021 at his home. He worked for Knapp's Pumping Service. Mack was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing. He would do anything for anyone, especially his family, His favorite past time was spending time with family and his kids. Mack was a loving son, great husband, the best father, brother, friend, and so much more. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Vervel Cowan and Songi Louise Cowan; and paternal grandfather, Carl Ray Knapp. Mack leaves behind his wife, Jessie Knapp; two sons, Hayden Knapp and Collin Joffion; daughter, Madison Knapp; parents, Mack Knapp, Sr. and JoAnn Cowan Knapp; brother, Brandon DeWayne Knapp & his wife Britt all of Denham Springs, LA; maternal grandmother, Shirley Ettie. V Knapp. He also leaves behind a host of cousins, family, and friends. Those honoring Mack as pallbearers will be Kevin Lee, Robert Lee, Nicholas Phillips, Nathan Johnese, Randy Caldwell, and Cody Carr. The family will receive friends at Clayton Apostolic Church on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 from 11AM until service time at 2PM.
