Robert "Bob" N. Anderson, 81, a native of New Orleans, lived in Alexandria for 30 years and in retirement , moved to Zachary to spend time with his grandchildren to whom he was known as "Pup". He was a retired banker after 40 years. Bob was an active member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Zachary where he served in the men's club and the Knights of Columbus. He was a longtime member of the Cosmopolitan Club of Alexandria. He was finally the proud owner of a Mustang.

Visitation will be on Monday, November 1, 2021 at Charlet Funeral Home, Inc., Zachary from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm with a 7:00 pm rosary and on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Zachary from 9:00 am until mass at 11:00 am conducted by Fr. Chuck Swanson.

Bob is survived by his daughter, Lisa Delatte and husband Joe of Zachary and son, Jeffrey Anderson and partner Ian Morgan of Brenchley, England, cherished grandson, Andrew Delatte and wife, Katrina and beloved grandson, Benjamin Delatte. Bob is preceded in death by his wife of 50 years, Gerry Gene Esler Anderson, parents, Thomas and Iris Anderson, and one brother, Thomas H. Anderson.
