Sabina Marie Kessler

Saginaw , Michigan . Beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother passed away Monday, January 7, 2008 at St. Francis Home . Age 92 years. Daughter of the late George and Sabina (White) Ward Sr., Sabina was born December 9, 1915 in Saginaw , Michigan . She was married to Raphael Kessler on September 7, 1936. He predeceased her November 18, 1985. Sabina had been employed as an Associate Realtor in the Saginaw area for 10 years. Surviving are four daughters, two sons and their spouses, Ronald and Dorothy Kessler, Sanford; Sabina Kriegish, Freeland; Gerald and Kenna Kessler, Saginaw ; Karen and David Mason, Saginaw ; Donna Goyarts, Saginaw ; Mary Ann Terrian, Florida ; 17 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Sabina was preceded in death by her son, Jack Edward Kessler; two grandsons, Scott Kessler and Matthew Thomas Kriegish; and four brothers, Cletus, Harold, George and Norbert Ward. Funeral Liturgy will take place 11:00 a.m. Thursday, January 10, 2008 at Ss. Peter and Paul Catholic Church. Rev. Fr. John R. Johnson will officiate with burial in Mt. Olivet Cemetery . Friends may call at The Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Rd. (between Shattuck and McCarty), where the family will be present on Wednesday from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and at Ss. Peter and Paul Catholic Church on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until time of Mass. A Vigil Service will take place 7:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
