Grant, children, Chrystal Nelson, NE, Philip & Marcy Nelson, Greene, Kimberly & Tucker Williams, Greene, step children, Thomas W. & Kimberly Grant Jr., FL, Gale Grant, Chenango Bridge, 18 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, sisters & brother-in-law, Peggy & John Howard, PA, Sherry Elmore, Windsor, brothers & sisters-in-law, James & Colleen Bulger, Harpursville, John Bulger, MD, Timothy & Deirdre Bulger, MD, several nieces and nephews including, Tiffany & Morgan Bulger, Harpursville, granddaughter, Keena Plantenga, NE, great granddaughter, Nova Grier, NE. She was a retired RN from Wilson Memorial Hospital and Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital. </p> <p>A Private Celebration of her Life will be held at the convenience of the family. Pat was a very special lady. We worked together caring for our patients in the ICU at The Hospital. Pat was hard working and caring. She willbe missed.
