Debbie Ann Carroll

Debbie Carroll, 53, died unexpectedly after being cared for at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, KY on October 26, 2021. Debbie was born on May 10, 1968 in Lexington, Kentucky to parents McKinley (Bud) and Elizabeth (Ann) Thompson of Nicholasville, KY. She is survived by both parents and her daughter, Emily Carroll. She is also survived by her three siblings; Tonya Thompson, Lisa Woods, and her brother, McKinley (Mac) Thompson Jr and a loving extended family consisting of cherished cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and a myriad of friends. Debbie was a longtime resident of Nicholasville, Kentucky and a 1986 graduate of Jessamine County High School. She was later employed by an engineering firm responsible for the manufacture of components utilized by certain space agencies. Debbie enjoyed animals and was a kind soul full of life and love for her family. Her family will miss her forever, but her light and love will carry on in all that knew and loved her.
