Helen Teresa (Ferry) Harrington a former resident of Lawndale, passed away at her residence in Huntingdon Valley on October 26, 2021 surrounded by her family. She was 87. Helen was born in Falcarragh, County Donegal, Ireland to Charles and Mary (McCausland) Ferry. She was the beloved wife of Michael J. Harrington and the loving mother of Patrick Harrington (Karin DeFinis), Michael Harrington, Maureen Farrell (John) and Eileen Lancaster (David). Helen was the devoted grandmom of Michael, Brian, John, Kelly, Maura, Ryan, Brendan, Sarah, Patrick and Andrew and the dear sister of Mary Ferry (the late Paddy). She was predeceased by her siblings Joseph McCausland (Annie), John Ferry (Mary), Rosie O’Donnell (Thomas) and Cornelius Ferry (Grace). Helen is also survived by many nieces and nephews both local and abroad. Relatives and friends are invited to gather for her viewing, Tuesday, November 02, 2021 from 8:45 AM to 9:45 AM in Saint William Church, 6200 Rising Sun Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19111.
