Charles William “Bill” Moser III, 95, of Amarillo passed away on Tuesday, October 26, 2021. Memorial Services will be Monday November 22, 2021 at 3:00 PM at Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Cox-Rowley Funeral Home.

Charles William Moser III was born in Whitisboro, Texas on December 20, 1925 to Charles Moser II and Bonnie Richardson Moser. He proudly served his country in the United States Army, as a Combat Engineer. He served in Europe during WWII.  In February of 1953, Bill married the love of his life, Nadine Cox, in Tucumcari, New Mexico. Together they shared 64 years of marriage and three children before her passing in 2017. He was a very unique and talented individual. Bill was very artistic, he loved to paint. He loved to listen to old Country music. Bill loved the outdoors, he enjoyed many camping trips with his wife and kids. Family vacations or trips to the National Parks or museums meant everything to him. He loved to travel and to tell old war stories. Bill was a long time member of World Wide Church of God in Amarillo. Bill was loved and will be missed by many.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 64 years, Nadine.

Bill is survived by his daughter, Carla Canney and husband Charles of Willow Park, TX; two sons, William Moser II and wife Irma of Corpus Christi,TX; Reuel Moser of Phoenix, AZ; and three half-sisters, Linda Preston of Amarillo, TX; Donna Everett of Buda, TX; Victoria Moser of Taos, New Mexico.
