Cathy Stidham passed away on October 21, 2021 surrounded by her loving husband, son & two daughters. Cathy was born on March 27, 1956 in Milford Utah. She was brought into the world by her Mother Beverly Jean Brite & her father Warren Morris. Her siblings are Susan Griego, Blaine Morris & Mike Mchaney. Cathy is proceeded in death by her father, her mother, her grandparents & her daughter Heather. She is survived by, her husband, sister, brothers, her daughters, son, & her grandchildren.

Cathy married Skip Stidham on May 19, 1979. It started with a pick-up line, “Hello Beautiful!” And the rest was history. Their love is eternal. For the past 42 years, their love has been a great example to all. They’re soul mates through and through. She went to beauty school at Santa Barbara Beauty college and obtained a degree in cosmetology. She became a hairstylist and owned her own thriving hair salon.

Cathy & Skip together brought up five amazing children. Stacy Valdez, Heather Stidham, Nick Stidham, Jenna Matthews & Whitney Billings. They raised their children with great values and gave them a beautiful full life in Oxnard, CA.

Cathy has a love for flowers, plants & succulents. She obviously has a green thumb. Her Favorite color is PINK! scrapbooking is her passion & her outlet. She is a people person and loved everyone. Mother to five children who she would do anything for. She loves them each so much! Amazing Grandmother to 14 grandkids who she adores. Cathy was always dressed to the nines. Everything matched! Pink! Pink! Pink! When Skip would see Cathy ready to go out he would say, “Oh I need to get my going out with Cathy clothes on!” Because she is always so fancy! Every occasion she had to take pictures. While the family complained she insisted. Everything about her life had to be very particular. She is a planner & would bring it all together.

Cathy loves her family and always made them a priority.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 30, 2021 at 12:00 noon in the Brandon Park 2nd Ward Chapel, 1330 Ira Hodges Scenic Parkway,  

Eagle Mountain, UT where family and friends may attend a viewing from 10:00 – 11:45 am prior to the services.  Interment will be in the Pony Express Cemetery, 4648 N Eagle Mountain Blvd., Eagle Mountain, Utah.  Condolences may be sent to the family at www.olpinmortuary.com.
