Norma Yvonne Holbert went to be with the Lord on November 22, 2021, in Gerard, MO. Yvonne, as she was known to her family, was born November 10,1947, in St. Louis, MO, to Durward H. and Betty J. Dupre. Yvonne attended school in Manhattan, KS, Waynesville, MO, Baumholder, Germany, and Kokomo, IN. She and husband Bill eventually settled in Eldon, MO, until his death. Yvonne will be missed, as she was a loving and caring mother, grandmother, sister and wife. She was always willing to share and help family and friends, and her caring nature was exemplified in her career as a nurse. Surviving her are her two sons, Robert A. McKay, Jr. and David H. Holbert, of Newburgh, IN; three grandchildren, Zachary McKay, Sophie McKay, and Abby McKay Woolsey, also of Newburgh, IN; a great grandson, Hunter Woolsey; and two brothers, Durward Dupre, Plano, TX and Floyd Lamberton, St. Clair, MO. She was preceded in death by husband William F. Holbert and one brother, David W. Lamberton.
