Rosemarie O’Connor, 66, of Orange, passed away in her home after a courageous battle with cancer on October 22, 2021, surrounded by her family. Rosemarie was born on October 24, 1954 in Port Chester, NY to the late Nicholas and Rose Federice.

Rosemarie, or Roe as she was known by her family and friends, attended Maria Regina High School in Hartsdale, NY and went on to earn her bachelor's degree and MBA from Iona College. Shortly thereafter, she began a very successful career at Prudential Financial, ultimately working her way up to Vice President. Roe was known for her charismatic and kind hearted personality that was larger than life. She loved spending time with friends and family at the beach and taking annual trips to Rhode Island and the Caribbean. 

Rosemarie leaves behind her daughters, Nicole O’Connor (Brenton Callaghan) and Chelsea (Harley) James; father of Chelsea and Nicole, Kevin O’Connor; brother, William (Margaret) Federice; nieces and nephews, Nicholas (Melissa) Federice, Lauren (Ryan) Downs and Jason Federice; several great nieces and nephews and extended family members; as well as her dog, Ember. She was predeceased by her nephew, Patrick Federice.

Family and friends may call on Wednesday, October 27, 2021 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the CODY-WHITE FUNERAL HOME, 107 Broad St., Milford, CT. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, October 28, 2021 at 11 a.m. at Holy Infant Church, 450 Racebrook Rd., Orange, CT. Burial will follow at Mount St. Peter Cemetery, 219 New Haven Ave., Derby, CT.
