Steven Gary Phillips was born in November 19,1949. He passed way peacefully October 21, 2021, in Kalispell, Montana where he lived the last 7 years of his life. Prior to that he lived in California for 65 years. He was a residential and commercial painter. He completed High School and some College. He is survived by his sister Gail Rodriguez and husband Paul, children: Tom, Michael, Angela, Kim, and Todd, 11 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild and family and friends.
