Constance “Connie” Marie Goodman Farland, 65, of Jacksonville, FL passed away October 19, 2021. She was born February 29, 1956 in New Orleans, LA to the late Eugene and Beverly (Melich) Henderson. Connie enjoyed going to dart tournaments with her Mom Beverly , playing cards and pool days with her kids. She will forever be remembered for her homemade biscuits, bologna spread, Georgia Bulldogs and Christmas Eve dinner with her children and grandchildren. Connie will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. She is preceded by her parents and her Aunt Carol. Connie is survived by her husband, Donald “Duck” Farland; children, Jay Farris (Ashley), Gina Roberts, Margie Young (Mike), Angela Scarberry (Jamie), Donald Farland JR and Alyssa Farland; siblings, Lori Kish, Mona Stephens, Joey Henderson, Maria Vieages, Charlotte Ruiz and Gene Henderson; aunt, Connie Carter; grandchildren, DJ Henderson, Susie Reimer, Joey Mulkey, Leeam Farris, Mary Katherine Farris, Leah Roberts, Piper Young, Taylor Hatcher, Brannon Young, Austin Romine, Hunter Scarberry, Lylynn Farland, Lucas Farland, Kara Prophet, Kristine Kiely and Magnolia Barnhill; great grandchildren, Trinty Hatcher, Kaine Hatcher and Willow Hatcher with a host extended family and friends. A Celebration of Life service will be held from 6:00pm until 6:30pm on November 18, 2021 at Bethel Holiness Church 5032 Woodcrest Road, Jacksonville, FL 32205 with a reception to follow. The family will accept friends from 5:30pm until 8:00pm.
