Antonietta Gentile

Antonietta Gentile passed away peacefully with her family by her side on October 21, 2021. Beloved wife to Benito Gentile. Loving mother (and mother in law ) to Benito (Monica), Mary-Ann (Albert), Mario (Christina) and Carolina (Antonio). Antonietta will be forever loved and missed by her grandchildren: Bentio, Sofia, Tiana, Vittoria, Mario, Ariana, and Nicola. Antonietta will be immensely missed, cherished and fondly remembered by many other family members and friends. Visitation will take place at the DeMarco Funeral Home Keele Chapel (3725 Keele St. Toronto, ON M3J 1N4) on Sunday, October 24th, 2021 from 4-9pm. The Funeral Mass will take place on Monday, October 25th, 2021 at Transfiguration of Our Lord Church (45 Ludstone Drive, Etobicoke Ontario M9R 2J2) at 11AM. Online condolences may be made at www.demarcofuneralhomes.com under "Memory Wall". As the restrictions and guidelines continue to lift, all family and friends are welcome to come to the Funeral Home during the visitation periods. There will be no RSVP needed to enter the Funeral Home. When coming into the Funeral Home, please sign the “Guest Book” and write your phone number down beside your name for contact tracing purposes, before entering our visitation suites. Our staff will be constantly sanitizing and monitoring the Funeral Home if any assistance is needed. We are asking for only those invited to join us at the Funeral Home on the morning of the funeral, as we ask everyone else to please meet us at the church. We will proceed to her final resting place for a private entombment, with only immediate family members and those invited. We kindly remind all guests who are coming to pay their respects, to always remember to practice physical distancing and to avoid all physical contact. This also includes the church. Please note that it is mandatory by the Government of Ontario that all family and friends attending any type of funeral service, must be wearing a facial covering. As we continue to pray for an end to this horrible virus, the family would like to thank you for your support during their time of sorrow.
