<p>Funeral services for Oscar Claydeen Clack, 91, of Rayville, LA were&nbsp;held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, October 23, 2021 at the West New Home Baptist Church, Holly Ridge, LA with Bro. Mickey Bounds officiating. Interment followed in the Stevenson Cemetery, Rayville, LA under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Rayville, LA.</p> <p>Mr. Claydeen was born February 10, 1930 in Holly Ridge, LA and passed away Thursday, October 21, 2021 at his residence after a lengthy illness.</p> <p>Mr. Claydeen was a veteran with the U.S. Army. He was an avid hunter and loved going fishing. He was known as a practical joker, when he worked at Truckline. He loved his grandchildren, great grandchildren, his great-great grandchild and loved spending time with his family. He is preceded in death by his parents, O.T. and Ruby Clack; wife, Myrtis Cheek Clack; children, Mike Clack and Susan Clack; his daughter-in-law, Gail Chisolm Clack.</p> <p>Survivors include his children, Ralph Clack of Rayville and Patricia Silk and husband, Steve of Rayville; 7-grandchildren, 13-great grandchildren, and 1-great-great grandchild; and his sister, Martiel Hardy of Rayville.</p> <p>Pallbearers were&nbsp;Dustin Silk, Ryan Clack, Spencer Clack, Pete Siddon, Mike Morgan, and Bruce Clack.</p> <p>The family would like to say a special thank you to Steve Adcock of Crossroads Hospice and caregivers&nbsp;Rhonda Garrett and Toni Byrden, for the care they gave to Mr. Claydeen.</p> <p>Condolences may be left at brownholleyfuneralhomes.com.</p>
