William K. Neff, 75, of Carson Valley, passed away Thursday at his residence.  He was born in Duncansville, son of the late William H. and Beatrice M. (Thompson) Neff.  He married Naomi Koch in 1979.

Surviving are his wife of 42 years; three daughters: Michele Koch and husband Jeffrey of Cresson, Trina Claar and husband Jacob of Duncansville, Heidi Neff and fiancée Gilbert of Altoona; and 11 grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by a son, Steven in 2017.

He graduated from Hollidaysburg High School and served in the US Air Force.  Bill retired as a machinist from Norfolk Southern Railroad.

Bill enjoyed gardening, jogging in the woods, bird watching, and baseball.

Friends will be received from 1-3pm on Monday October 25, 2021 at Sorge Funeral Home & Crematory Inc., Hollidaysburg, where a funeral service will immediately follow at 3pm.  Pastor Stewart W. McClelland officiating.  Interment at Carson Valley Cemetery.
