William Roy ‘Bill’ Henline, age, 64, died on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at the J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital following a short illness. He was born in Kingwood, on June 9, 1957, a son to Ellen Lorraine Bennett. Bill enlisted into the US Army after attending high school and honorably served from 1975 to 1978. He would return home from the service and marry Ms. Brenda Hillery and they would make a home in Cleveland, OH for more than 30 years. Bill worked at the I-X Center, in Cleveland and would return to the Morgantown in 2015. He enjoyed Mountaineer Football, MLB and sports in general. He loved spending time with his grandchildren, and never missed a bonfire with friends and family. He was a hard worker and a bit stubborn at times. He will be missed by many. He leaves to mourn his passing, his wife Brenda; two sons, Travis Henline of Lakewood, OH and Keith Henline of Sabraton; three brothers, Chuck, Rocky, and Tim Galford; one sister Barbie Galford all of Morgantown; grandchildren, Alexis Myer- Henline and Mason Henline; his adopted grandchildren, Isabella, Emma, Mya, and Arianna. He was preceded in death by his mother, Ellen Lorraine Galford Reeder. The family will welcome friends on Thursday, October 21, 2021, at the Fred Jenkins Funeral Home from 11 AM until 1 PM. He will be laid to rest at the WV National Cemetery, Pruntytown with military honors conducted by the Taylor County Honor Guard and the WVANG, Kingwood, WV.
