William Christopher Bryan Tackett, age 28 of Garrison, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at Kings Daughters Medical Center, Ashland, Kentucky. He was born June 9, 1993 in Pikeville, Kentucky to Paul Bryan (Kammie) Tackett of Grayson, Kentucky and Susan Holbrook Tackett (Darryl Elswick) of Hi Hat, Kentucky. He was the husband of Samantha Hurley Tackett. He worked in road construction, was a volunteer firefighter and a member of Old Time Baptist Church, Printer, Kentucky. Along with his wife and parents he is survived by his Son: Christopher Brandon Ray Tackett of Garrison, Kentucky; Brother & Sisters: Brett Jonathan Webb of Grayson, Kentucky, Sylvia JoAnna Tackett of Richmond, Kentucky, Jessie Brooke Tackett of Richmond, Kentucky & Jazmyn Elswick of Hi Hat, Kentucky; Maternal Grandparents: James Earl & JoAnn Holbrook of Pikeville, Kentucky; Paternal Grandparents: Hershell & Linda Tackett of Teaberry, Kentucky & Dottie Carper of Grayson, Kentucky; Great Grandmothers: Mearl Tackett of Teaberry, Kentucky, Pearl Jones of Teaberry, Kentucky & Susie Cooper of Grayson, Kentucky; In Laws: Diana & David McCoy of Garrison, Kentucky & Clark Hurley of Stopover, Kentucky; Brothers-in-law: Joseph Hurley of Garrison, Kentucky & Jacob Hurley of Tennessee. He will be missed by all that knew and loved him. Visitation will begin Tuesday, October 26, 2021 at 6pm at the funeral home Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at 12 noon at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky with Dakota Bentley officiating Burial will follow at Walker Tackett Cemetery, W. Tackett Lane, Teaberry, Kentucky
