<p>Ronald Wayne Morris<br /> November 21, 1956&nbsp;- October 13, 2021<br /> <br /> Ronny Morris went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, October 13, 2021, in Abilene.<br /> A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 20, 2021, at 4:00 PM at the Elmwood Funeral Home Chapel, 5750 US HWY 277 S., Abilene, TX.<br /> Ronny Morris was born on November 21, 1956, in Hillsboro, Texas, to Eddie&nbsp;and Clara Ruth Morris. He married his loving wife Kathy on June 27, 1975. Together they raised 3 children. Ronny was a loving husband and father. He spent 25 years serving the community working for the City of Abilene. After he retired, he continued to work running and operating bulldozers, something he loved doing. He was loved by family and friends and will be missed by all.<br /> He was preceded in death by his parents.<br /> Ronny is survived by his wife of 46 years, Kathy Morris of Ovalo, Texas; 2 sons, Keith Morris of Ovalo and Jacob Morris of Buffalo Gap; a daughter, Amanda Needham and her husband Jack of Buffalo Gap, Texas; brother, Larry Morris of Abilene; sister, Theresa Moore; 6 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild and a host other family members and friends.<br /> Ronny is at peace and in the joyous presence of the Lord.</p>

Ronny Morris went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, October 13, 2021, in Abilene.

Ronny Morris was born on November 21, 1956, in Hillsboro, Texas, to Eddie and Clara Ruth Morris. He married his loving wife Kathy on June 27, 1975. Together they raised 3 children. Ronny was a loving husband and father. He spent 25 years serving the community working for the City of Abilene. After he retired, he continued to work running and operating bulldozers, something he loved doing. He was loved by family and friends and will be missed by all.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
