Paulette Elizabeth Stewart (nee Brooks), January 14, 1952 - October 12, 2021. Surrounded by and secure in the arms of her beloved family, Paulette's life drew to a close at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Tuesday October 12, 2021. Loving wife of Gary. Beloved mother of Melissa (Justin), Matthew (Karen), and the late Jennifer. Loving grandmother of Kyle (Jessica). Sister of Stephen, Alan (Jirina), Jack, Kathryn, and the late Richard. Dear daughter of the late Jack (John) and Ruth Brooks. Mother figure to Kara (Casey) and Nicole (Paul) and loving aunt to many nieces and nephews. Sister-in-law of Marilyn (Darrell) and Donna (John). Forever friend to Bev White, Eleanor Vesterfelt, and Deb Baxter. Paulette was a beautiful woman blessed with the kindest of hearts most appreciated by all who knew her. She had the ability to bring light into our darkest times using humour and her unique wisdom to resolve our issues. She cherished family and friends above all and could never resist a loving laugh. There was not a better nor more supportive fan than she when it came to her dear Kyle's challenges and exploits! Her open door and jovial advice will be much missed by all those who knew her. Visitation will take place on Thursday October 21st from 11 AM-1 PM at the Ashburnham Funeral Home, 840 Armour Road with a Service to follow.
