Alex Sanford Horn, Jr., 59 of Cookeville, Tennessee went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, October 13, 2021, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center surrounded by his family.

Born Tuesday, January 2, 1962 in Cookeville, Tennessee, he was the son of the late Alex Horn and the late Barbara Gentry Horn Smith.

Alex enjoyed fishing, golfing and riding his Harley Davidson and Honda motorcycles. He loved being with his family and friends. Alex loved being with cousin, Eric Cleghorn, helping each other and hanging out.

For a majority of his life, Alex worked as an auto mechanic working for several dealerships.

Jimmy Horn of Cookeville, TN

And a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brother, Michael Horn and step-father, Kennith Smith.

A Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at Presley Funeral Home located at 695 Buffalo Valley Road Cookeville, Tennessee 38501. Interment will be in Sand Springs Memorial Gardens, Monterey, TN. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to time of service at 2:00 PM
