Bliznik, Elaine. October 14, 2021. Age 78 of Stanwood, formerly of Brownstown Twp. MI. Beloved wife of Gerald. Loving mother of Jeffrey (Elizabeth), Gregory (Dawn) and Gerald (Jill) Bliznik. Dear sister of Joseph (Caroline) Lewek. Dearest grandmother of Terry, Tyler, Alexander, Austin, Avery, Brooke and Arielle. Elaine will be deeply missed by family and friends. Visitation Friday, October 22, 2021 from 10:00- 11:30 a.m. at the Dearborn Chapel of Voran Funeral Home, 23701 Ford Road. (313) 278-5100. Mass of the Resurrection to follow at 12 noon at St. Anselm Catholic Church, 17650 W. Outer Drive, Dearborn Heights. Interment St. Hedwig Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please consider donating to the American Cancer Association or St. Jude's Children Hospital. We were so sad to hear of Elaine's passing. She always had a smile on her face. We enjoyed bowling with her and Jerry in years past. My special memory is when she would make and give me Easter butter lambs for my Easter brunch. So very thoughtful. She will be misse... Continue Reading
