Walter "Ricky" Richard Hayden Jr., 56, of Farnham, Virginia passed away on Monday, September 27th, 2021. He was living in the Philippines at the time of his death. Ricky was a United States Army veteran who served our country in the Gulf War Operation Desert Storm. He was a former welder and a man of many talents. He loved to draw, paint, cook and enjoyed playing the drums. Ricky had a laugh that would rock the whole house. He was a member of Calvary Pentecostal Church.

Ricky was preceded in death by his mother, Leona C Headley and his brother, James Michael Hayden. He is survived by his wife Maria Hayden, of the Philippines; his daughter Leona Lorraine Hayden, of the Philippines; his father Walter R. Hayden, Sr., and his wife Thelma, of Farnham, Va; his brothers: David Hayden of Warsaw, Jacob Hayden (Nadine) of Farnham, Timothy Coates (Tammy) of Warsaw, and Shawn Coates (Missy) of Warsaw. Ricky is also is survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews who all loved him very much. A celebration of life will be held Sunday, October 24th, 2021 at 3:00 at Calvary Pentecostal Church in Lottsburg, Va. The family will receive friends at the church from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. immediately prior to the service.
