<p>Leon "Tim" Maddox, 82, passed away peacefully Sunday, October 2, 2016 in a local healthcare facility. He retired from the US Postal Service.</p><p>He leaves to cherish his memory his daughter, Deborah Fuller; granddaughter, Alexandria Fuller; loving cousin, Cleo Downer, and a host of other relatives and friends. Special thanks to the caregivers and staff at Alexian Brothers Valley Residence.&nbsp;</p><p>The funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm Thursday, October 6, 2016 in the funeral home chapel.&nbsp;Interment: Chattanooga National Cemetery at 2:30 PM.</p><p><br></p><p>The body will lie in state after noon Wednesday at the funeral home.</p>
