Mildred McBride McNeil

Mildred McBride was born on September 25, 1946. She was born & raised in Newark, NJ, the daughter of the late Benjamin & Doretha McBride. Mildred was a lady of style, class, and sass, being known for her love for her family, snazzy attitude, delicious meals, and vibrant style. As a young girl she was sent to boarding school to pursue her education in the South. Transitioning into adulthood, love was in the air and she went on to marry the late Frank McNeil. She excelled at being a great wife, amazing cook, and the perfect mom. Mildred enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She also was a member of the Bingo & Movie club. Mildred was the heartbeat of her family, she filled them with joy. She was truly Heaven sent, a gift to the world. Mildred joins her late parents, husband, daughter, and granddaughter. She leaves behind: one daughter, Denise Jones McKay Nakoulma; three sons, Nyreek Ali-Uthmar Sr, Curtis Jones Sr., and Perry McBride Sr.; one son-in-law, Hamid; three daughters-in-law, Regina, Latoya, and Latifah; seventeen grandchildren: six girls, Dersheera, Nyasia, Shalonda, Jada, Laila, Jabree & eleven boys, Taywan, Curtis Jr., Rahsahn, Jahyde, Kendarious, Perry Jr., Jaquan, Tymir, Kayir, Nyreek Taji, and Nyreek Jr.; fourteen great grandchildren, Jacyah, Jaslin, Naiomi, Londyn, Curtis III, Sani, Grayson, Aquil, Josiah, Mason, Zyla, Zamir, Zuri, and Zakar; along with a host of other family and friends.
