Theriel Cassell Rumburg “Terry” Angle, 93 of Roanoke, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday evening, October 13, 2021. She was a longtime active member of Melrose Baptist Church, a retired teacher from Botetourt County Schools, and a member of Hillcrest Chapter #159 OES.

Mrs. Angle was preceded in death by her husbands, Gordon W. Rumburg and H. Glenn Angle. Surviving are sons and daughters-in-law, Russ and Lorri Rumburg, Ray and Terry Rumburg; David and Tina Rumburg; the children of Glenn Angle; grandchildren, Jess Rumburg and wife Anne, Rob Rumburg and wife Katrina, Caroline Leatherwood and husband Bret, Jake Rumburg, Adam Rumburg, Aaron Rumburg; a great-grandson, Grant Leatherwood; numerous step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren; and a sister, Iris Mills.

Funeral services will be conducted at noon Saturday from Melrose Baptist Church’s outdoor shelter, with Rev. Mark Mofield officiating. Interment will follow in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the church shelter for one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, the family suggest memorials be made to Melrose Baptist Church.
