Graveside services for Mrs. Gloria Dawne Thomas, age 76, will be held at 2 pm on Friday, October 15, 2021 at New Union Cemetery with Bro. Gerald Smith officiating. Mrs. Thomas passed away on October 12, 2021, in Jackson, TN. She was born on December 20, 1944, in Madison County, TN to the late Bill Ramsey and Pauline Carter Ramsey. Mrs. Thomas is preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Lisa Darlene Maness; grandson, Steven Thomas; sisters, Barbara Horne, and Anita Knight. Mrs. Thomas is survived by her husband, Robert Thomas, Sr.; sons, Michael Thomas, Robert Thomas, Jr., Raymond Thomas; daughter, Regina Ann Stone (Bo); brothers, Ronnie Ramsey, Jeff Ramsey; thirteen grandchildren, and twenty-four great grandchildren. Visitation with the family will be held from 12-1 pm on Friday, October 15, 2021, at Lawrence-Sorensen Funeral Home.
