He was born on July 22, 1947 in New Kensington, to the late Chester and Antoinette (Tylka) Kowalczyk. Adam is survived by his beloved wife of 42 years, Pamela; daughter, Amanda Kowalczyk; sons, Adam Kowalczyk and Chester (Jenny) Kowalczyk of Ohio. He was preceded in death by his sister, Carole Ann Kowalczyk. At Adam&#39;s request, there will be no services held at this time.
