Joseph Alfred Bolmanski Obituary

Joseph Alfred Bolmanski, age 90, of Erie, passed away suddenly Tuesday October 12, 2021 at St. Vincent hospital. He was born in Erie, March 5, 1931, a son of the late Chester and Josephine (Ardzinski) Bolmanski. Joe was a veteran of the Korean Conflict, having honorably served with the U.S. Army. He had been a plasterer, working thru the Plaster and Masons Union Local. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and boating. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Helen, Jean and Alice; brothers, Anthony, Stanley and Bill (Boleslaus). Survivors include his son, Gregory Bolmanski and his wife Angela of Westwood, NJ., one granddaughter, Eva Angel Bolmanski of Westwood, and one brother, Francis Bolmanski and his wife Theresa of Erie. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Friends are invited to attend the funeral mass on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. at St. Luke Church, 421 East 38th St. Brugger Funeral Homes & Crematory, Pine Avenue Branch, 845 East 38th St. are handling arrangements.
