Yuan, 67, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Thursday, October 7, 2021 in Rockville, Maryland. He will be remembered for his charming personality and enduring endeavor in achieving better ways of life. Born October 7, 1954 in Shanyang, China. He is survived by his wife, Chung Mei Luan. Private Ceremony will take place at Robert A. Pumphrey Funeral Home in Bethesda with close family members and friends. Cremation followed after service with close family members.
