<p>Dennis Taylor, 70,&nbsp;beloved husband of Debra,&nbsp;returned to his heavenly father on Tuesday, October 12, 2021.&nbsp;He was born on September 11,&nbsp;1951 in&nbsp;Louisville, Ky the son of the late Calvin and&nbsp;Corene&nbsp;Taylor.&nbsp; Dennis was a graduate of the Class of 1971 at Fairdale High School and retired from General Electric, after 30 years of&nbsp;employment.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;He was a member of Peniel Missionary Baptist Church, and a member of The Masonic&nbsp;River City Lodge #966, where he was a&nbsp;Past Master.&nbsp; Dennis loved&nbsp;the Lord and spending time with his family and friends.&nbsp; He was an avid fisherman and hunter.&nbsp; Dennis was witty and had a wonderful sense of humor. He is survived by&nbsp;his high school sweetheart &ldquo;Baby Girl&rdquo; and his wife of 50 years, Debra, his son, Troy Taylor (Karen),&nbsp;daughter, Tracy&nbsp;Miller (Russell), grandchildren,&nbsp;Hannah&nbsp;and Russell (&ldquo;Jr.&rdquo;), sister, Glenda&nbsp;(David) and brother, Danny.&nbsp; &nbsp;He is preceded in death by his parents, brothers, David and Donald and sister, Gaila.&nbsp;</p> <p>In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude Children&#39;s Research Hospital in Dennis&#39; memory.</p>

Dennis Taylor, 70, beloved husband of Debra, returned to his heavenly father on Tuesday, October 12, 2021. He was born on September 11, 1951 in Louisville, Ky the son of the late Calvin and Corene Taylor.  Dennis was a graduate of the Class of 1971 at Fairdale High School and retired from General Electric, after 30 years of employment.   He was a member of Peniel Missionary Baptist Church, and a member of The Masonic River City Lodge #966, where he was a Past Master.  Dennis loved the Lord and spending time with his family and friends.  He was an avid fisherman and hunter.  Dennis was witty and had a wonderful sense of humor. He is survived by his high school sweetheart “Baby Girl” and his wife of 50 years, Debra, his son, Troy Taylor (Karen), daughter, Tracy Miller (Russell), grandchildren, Hannah and Russell (“Jr.”), sister, Glenda (David) and brother, Danny.   He is preceded in death by his parents, brothers, David and Donald and sister, Gaila.
