Born in Warwick, he was a son of Joanne (Cartier) Harlow and the late Robert Sr. Robert was the beloved brother of Scott T. Harlow (Lauren Toher) and their son Jaimin. He is survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins. A visitation will be held Saturday, October 16, 2021 from 3-6 pm with a service to follow at 6 pm in the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Chapel, 2435 Warwick Avenue, Warwick. Burial will be private.
