John J. Cuddihy

John J. Cuddihy, 87, of Freehold Township passed away on Monday, June 22, 2015 at his residence. John was born in West Chester County, NY and was a life-long resident of Freehold Township. He served in the National Guard stationed at Freehold Armory. John operated his father’s farm his entire life, growing corn and later hay for all the local horse farms. Farming was the love of his life and he farmed until the day he died. He was a former member of the Turkey Swamp Rod & Gun Club. John was predeceased by a brother-in-law, Edward Poll. He is survived by one brother, William J. Cuddihy and his wife, Joan of Howell; two sisters, Rita Poll of Howell and Barbara Bailey and her husband, Bill of Freehold Township; and many nieces and nephews. All services were held privately at the convenience of the family. The arrangements were under the direction of the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, Freehold Township.
