<p>Tammy Marie Goodwin , age 59 of Springfield, Missouri, died Thursday, October 7, 2021 at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.</p><p><br></p><p>She was born July 6, 1962, in Decatur, Illinois. The daughter of Diana (Smith) Lamdon of Springfield, Missouri and the late Richard Muzzy.</p><p><br></p><p>Besides her mother she is survived by three (3) children: Shawn Muzzy of Decatur, Illinois, Harley Miller of Sullivan, Illinois and Gatlin Miller of Southern Illinois; and several grandchildren. </p><p><br></p><p>No services will be held. </p><p><br></p>October 7, 202110/07/2021
