Anthony Willie Busby was born February 23, 1989, in St. Louis, Missouri to Irene Echols and Willie Busby. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Arthur Echols Sr.; uncle, Anthony R. Echols; grandmother, Yvonne Terry, and mother-in-law, Patricia Walker.
Anthony was educated in the St. Louis Public School Systems, receiving his diploma from Montgomery County Youth Center. He was baptized at the age of 11. He later
devoted his life to Allah.
In 2019, Anthony married the woman he cherished, loved, and vowed to spend his forever with, Ms. Alexys Williams. When the two became one Anthony gained the role of
fathering two handsome kings, Xavyer and LaVar, whom he loved as though they were his own.
Anthony was a very loving, compassionate, charming, and ambitious young man. Anthony loved to cook. He was a family-oriented man who loved to joke around and make
you smile. He even enjoyed cutting hair, so much so he had a dream of going to barber school, owning his own barbershop, and becoming a mentor to the youth in the
neighborhood.
Anthony Busby transitioned from earth to glory on Saturday October 9, 2021.
He leaves behind his mother, Irene Echols; wife, Alexys Busby; two sons, Xavyer and LaVar; three grandmothers, Mama Scott, Mama Johnson, and Francine; two brothers,
Dennis (Shenika) and Isaac (Toussonda); five sisters, Renee, Shanae, Arthina, Breanne, Alexis, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
