Funeral service for Peggy Louise Hodge, 78 of Anniston, will be held on Saturday, October 16, 2021, at 12:00 pm at Anniston Memorial Funeral Home. with her son, Wade Hodge will be officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow the service in Anniston Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Hodge is preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Charles F. Hodge; her parents, Lesteen “Tine” and AD Williams; her daughter, Becky Murray; and her brothers, Jerry and Gene Williams. Left to cherish the memory of Mrs. Hodge are her children, Kathy Ouimet (David) and Wade Hodge (Anne); 7 grandchildren; and 15 great grandchildren; her sisters, Kay Buttram and Marcella Norris; and her brother, John Wayne Williams; and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Hodge was a wonderful person and mother and loved her family. She was known as “Mawmaw Peggy” to so many. She will be greatly missed.
