Laura Cox Vause, 57, wife of the late Julian Stan Vause, passed away on October 3, 2021 at her home in Florence.

Mrs. Vause was born on December 21, 1963, in Fayetteville, NC, daughter of the late Danny Cox and Cynthia Bilton Cox. She was a graduate of Mims Academy in Harleyville,SC. Mrs. Vause enjoyed music and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Surviving include her son, Shawn Vause of Scranton; daughter, Danielle Vause of Florence; grandchildren, Aubree Grace Hoffmon and Clayton Hoffmon; brother, Dan (Virginia) Cox of Eutawville, SC.

Mrs. Vause was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Alexis Hoffmon.
