Krotz Springs - Funeral services for baby Kaisen Brees Martinez, age 6 months, will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 13, 2021, in the First Baptist Church of Krotz Springs.  Reverend Allan Myers will be officiating.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive guests on Wednesday, October 13, 2021, from 10:00 a.m. until 12:45 p.m.  in the Lafond-Ardoin Funeral Home in Krotz Springs.

Kaisen gained his angel wings in heaven on Thursday, October 7, 2021.  Words cannot express how much he will be missed by his family that loved him dearly.

He is survived by his loving parents, Treston Martinez and Reagan Naquin of Melville, La.; his brothers, Ryett Cole Martinez, and Jagger Martinez both of Melville, La.; paternal grandparents, Johnny Martinez and Autumn Martinez of Mt. Ida, Arkansas; his maternal grandparents, Derek Naquin and Randi Naquin of Melville, La.; his paternal great-grandparents, Larry Martinez, Sr. and Nedra Martinez of Krotz Springs, La. and his maternal great-grandparents, Vanessa Sanders of Melville, La. and Raymond Naquin, Sr. of Krotz Springs, La.

He was preceded in death by his maternal great-grandfather, Donnie Sanders; his maternal great-grandmother, Carol Taylor and his paternal great-grandfather, Ronald Baker.
