<p><span style="font-size:20px;"><strong>Ella Louise Carter, 67, of Decatur, Arkansas passed away peacefully Sunday, October 10, 2021 at her home.</strong></span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size:20px;"><strong>Ella was born May 6, 1953 in Stella, MO to Chester Ethridge and Lily Miller-Ethridge. She married Milo Carter on June 25, 1982 in Miami, OK. They shared a loving 32 years together until his passing in 2015. She was quite a homemaker, but her usual occupation was for Ozark Electronics. In her spare time, she enjoyed camping, fishing, looking at her picture collection, but most of all, she cherished her family time. Her spitfire personality will be missed.</strong></span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size:20px;"><strong>She is survived by her son, Tony Weeden of Decatur, AR; 1 daughter, Christina Kirk and husband Jason of Westville, OK; 2 brothers, Kenneth Ethridge and Glen Ethridge, both of MO; 1 sister, Ruby Moss of MO; 5 grandchildren, Robert Riley, Stephanie Sybert, Lily Weeden, Cheyenne Weeden, and Kaiba Kirk; 5 great-grandchildren; ex daughter-in-law, Brandy Weeden; and many other loved ones.</strong></span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size:20px;"><strong>She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, 5 brothers, Lorin, Wayne, Cecel, Willard, and Donald &ldquo;Corky&rdquo;; sister Ruth Miller; and grandson, Tyler Weeden.</strong></span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size:20px;"><strong>Visitation for Ella will be held 5:00-7:00pm, Friday, October 15, 2021 at Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held 1:00pm, Saturday October 16, 2021 at Falling Springs Cemetery near Decatur, AR.&nbsp;</strong></span></p>
