LITTLETON- Barbara Ann Couse, 79, died Saturday, October 2nd. Barbara (Brown) Couse, is survived by her daughter Staci, 2 sons Doug and Derek, 2 daughters-in-law Lisa and Lorie, 6 grandchildren: Ian Wilson, Kathryn Wilson, Calahan Wilson, Spencer Couse, Danielle Couse, Dalton Couse and 2 great grandchildren: Emily and Amelia. Born on June 1st, 1942 in Oberlin, Kansas. The daughter of William and Dorothy Brown, she lived in Colorado over 50 years and worked for the Jefferson County Public Schools as a teachers aide. Barb was the epitome of a mom. All of her kids and grandkids knew they were deeply loved by “Nana” as every effort was made, regardless of distance traveled, to attend every possible event the family was involved in. She loved watching all of her kids and grandkids playing soccer, baseball, basketball and football just to name a few. Services will be held Tuesday, October 12th at Three Trees Chapel, 13410 W. Arbor Place, Littleton 80127. Seating will be begin at 10:30 with services to follow at 11:00. Burial will take place immediately following the service at Littleton Cemetery located on S. Prince Street in Littleton 80120. A reception with light refreshments will follow the burial at their house.
