<p>Thomas P. Straughan</p> <p>Beloved Brother, uncle and friend;</p> <p>Thomas P. Straughan, 67, of Pelham, New Hampshire passed away peacefully on Wednesday October 6th, 2021, at Bridges by Epoch in Nashua, New Hampshire surrounded by his family.</p> <p>Born in Lowell, Massachusetts, on April 17, 1954, the son of the late George T. and the late Theresa E. (Boucher) Straughan, he attended the St. Patrick Grammar school and went on to graduate from the Alvirine High School in Hudson, Class of 1972.</p> <p>Prior to his retirement, Tom worked as an assistant Greenskeeper at Vesper Country Club in Tyngsboro for over 45 years.</p> <p>Among Tom’s interests, he had a passion for hiking, serving as a hiking tour guide and belonged to several New England hiking clubs. He also enjoyed dancing and was a big Boston sports fan.<br /> <br /> Thomas is survived by his four sisters, Judith A. Demarais and her husband George of Derry, NH, Brenda J. Gabriel and her husband Robert of Nashua, NH, Rose M. Flores and her husband Luis of Port St. Lucie, Florida; Laura A. Masson and her husband Douglas of Pelham, NH; three brothers, Daniel D. Straughan and his wife Sue of Manchester, NH, Michael E. Straughan of Nashua, NH and David S. Straughan of Pelham, NH.; and many nieces and nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.</p> <p>He was also the uncle of the late Heidi Amanda Straughan.</p> <p>Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Mass to be celebrated at ST. PATRICK CHURCH in PELHAM on Thursday October 14th, 2021 at 11:00 A.M followed by his burial at the Gibson Cemetery in Pelham. E-condolences/directions at www.pelhamfuneralhome.com.
