Blayne Scott Thibodeaux

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at Saint Michael the Archangel Catholic Church for Blayne Scott Thibodeaux, 19, who died Thursday, October 7, 2021 in Port Allen, LA. Fr. Mikel Polson, Pastor of Saint Michael’s, will celebrate the mass and the burial will follow in the Woodlawn Cemetery. Visitation may be observed Monday from 4:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. and Tuesday from 8:00 a.m. until service time. The rosary will be prayed at 6:00 p.m. Monday. Blayne was born March 28, 2002 in Crowley, LA. Blayne loved spending time with his family and friends. He was always making everyone laugh. He was an avid baseball player and he enjoyed hunting. He is survived by his father Chad Thibodeaux of Crowley; his birthmother Callie Boquet of Houma; 1 sister Kylie Thibodeaux of Texas; 1 brother Tayden Thibodeaux of Crowley; his paternal grandmother Rebecca Sue Stafford of Crowley; maternal grandmother, Carlene Duet of Houma; his paternal great grandmothers Jeanette Stutes of Crowley and Anes Thibodeaux of Morse and many loving aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather Rayburn Thibodeaux and his paternal great grandfathers, J.C. Sensat, Allen Stutes and Rufus Thibodeaux. Pallbearers will be Tayden Thibodeaux, Mason Morgan, Deuce Morgan, Hunter Hanks, Christian Stafford and Derrick Bossier. Honorary pallbearers will be, Terry Hanks, Ian Hanks, Jake Morgan and Taylor Bertrand.
