Linda Lee Coffelt Obituary

Linda Coffelt passed away 10-9-2021 at Hospice of the Panhandle after a long illness surrounded by family. Born in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Roy and Ruth Smith at St. Agnes Hospital. She grew up on the water in Severna Park and talked about how she loved to crab and catch sunfish off the pier with a crab net. Surviving her are husband of 58 years Graydon Lee Coffelt Jr., her daughters Carrie Dale, Laura Phebus, son in-laws David Dale ,and Douglas Phebus and sister Barbara Maisel.  Also survived by her best friend and cousin Jo Ann Woltze. She joins her beloved parents, sisters Phil Cobb and Susan Demsko and brother Donald Smith in eternity.

After graduating from Catonsville High School in 1962 she married her high school sweetheart Graydon Lee Coffelt Jr in 1963. They lived in Ellicott City, Maryland for over 30 years then moved to Martinsburg, West Virginia in 2004. She devoted her life to her husband, family, and home.

Linda enjoyed crafting, painting, board games, cards, bonko, sewing, crocheting blankets, decorating her home especially for holidays, and spending time with friends and family. She liked going to Ocean City, MD especially for her favorite taffy and popcorn.  She also enjoyed spending time at the Martinsburg Senior Center.

Graveside service will be held at Meadowridge Memorial 
Park in Elkridge, Maryland. Immediate Family and Friends. Socal distance or mask required regardless of vaccine status.
