Passed away peacefully at the Ottawa Hospital, Civic Campus on Tuesday, October 5, 2021. Earl Thomas Sargent, at the age of 75 years. Husband of Jane Dyson and dear father of Robert (Laura) Sargent and Angela (Craig) Dobbie. Also survived by his grandchild Stacey and by his two step children Tara Dake and Debbie Gallant as well as four step grandchildren Emma-Jane, Ethan, Kayla , Leo and Kyle; by three great granddaughters Scarlett, Serenity and Aubrey. Also survived by his brother Robert Sargent (Tressa). Earl was predeceased by his parents Eleanor and Howard Sargent.

A graveside service will be held at Reads Cemetery, Bethel on Tuesday, October 12th at 11am. Arrangements are entrusted with the Irvine Memorial Chapel at Roselawn, 2451 County Road 15, Maitland. As expressions of sympathy, donations to Heart and Stroke Foundation, The Canadian Cancer Society or the Leeds and Grenville SPCA will be gratefully acknowledged.
