Marjorie Frances Joyner I cried out to You, O Lord: I said, “You are my refuge, My portion in the land of the living. Psalm 60:8 Saturday, October 2, 2021 Marjorie made her appeal to the Almighty God and entered into eternal sleep. Born in Currituck County to the late Samuel and Minnie Lee Cason Norman at an early age she joined Pleasant Branch Baptist Church. She worked as a Domestic Engineer on the beaches of Dare County, North Carolina. She leaves a legacy of love and is affectingly survived by Two Sisters; Ernestine Brisbon of Brooklyn, New York and Minnie Burton of Fayetteville, North Carolina. She was preceded in death by her daughter Janet Case. Funeral Services for Mrs. Joyner will be held on Sunday, October 10, 2021 at 2:00 P. M. in Pleasant Branch Baptist Church 107 Foster Forbes Road Powells Point, North Carolina. by the Pastor Rev. James McCoy. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery. A Viewing will be held on Saturday, October 9, 2021 in the Chapel of A. C. Robinson & Son Funeral Home, Inc. from 2:00 P. M. until 5:00 P. M. Mask wearing is in affect.
