<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Margie Floree Raines Dillard, 91, of Leesville, SC, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 3, 2021. She was born on May 18, 1930, and was raised primarily in the Columbia area. She was married to her late husband, the love of her life, Ensley LaVerne Dillard, for nearly fifty years.</strong></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Margie and Ensley worked and played together, running a successful State Farm agency for many years, while enjoying travel, golf, gardening, and family. Margie was devoted to her friends, always putting others first.</strong></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>A founding member of Stillwaters Baptist Church in Leesville, SC, Margie went on join Leesville United Methodist Church where she was involved in her Sunday school and became a beloved &ldquo;adopted&rdquo; mother and grandmother to many in the congregation.</strong></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Margie is pre-deceased by her husband Ensley and daughter Dianne Hooks, brother, Troy Tidwell, and a sister, Maisie Enfinger. She is survived by her daughter, Pamela Aycock and son-in-law John Aycock; two grandchildren, Trey Holladay and Katina Pridemore; three great-grandchildren--Eli, Tristan, and Cecilia Marshall; one sister, Shirley Frederick; two sisters-in-law Mary Helen Tidwell and Mary Dillard, along with many nieces and nephews.</strong></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to her many friends and family who have showered with her cards, prayers, flowers, and love.</strong></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>A memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m., Friday, October 8 at Leesville United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. in the fellowship hall prior to the service. Barr-Price Funeral Home and Crematorium, Historic Batesburg-Leesville Chapel is in charge of arrangements.</strong></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the National Kidney Foundation or Leesville United Methodist Church.</strong></p> <p style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;</p>
