Russell H. Meetze, 75, of Lexington, SC, passed away on October 3, 2021.   He was born in Lexington, SC to the late Homer and Lucille Meetze.

Russell worked for Kline Iron and Steel for 38 years.  He was a member of Providence Lutheran Church, where he served on both the Property Committee, Church Council and was also an usher.  Russell loved to farm, raising cows and growing collards.

He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Judy Rikard Meetze; his brother, Carl (Tammy) Meetze; many nieces, nephews and extended family.

There will be a Memorial Service on Saturday, October 16, 2021 at 2:00PM at Providence Lutheran Church, 840 Old Chapin Road, Lexington, SC 29072.  The family will receive guests following the service.
