It is with heavy hearts that we are announcing the sudden passing of Lance Robertson on September 26, 2021. Lance lived most of his life around the Delburne area. He graduated from Delburne School in 1991. Lance worked at many different jobs throughout his life, but his main passion was always on his farm with his animals. Lance is survived by his brothers. He is also survived by numerous Aunts, Uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many, many, close friends. Lance is predeceased by his mother Judy and Grandparents, Ken and Anna Volker. Lance had a heart of gold and was always willing to help anyone in need. He will be remembered for his contagious smile, laughter, and was always up for a good time. He was known to many as “the gentle giant” and will be fondly remembered for his big teddy bear hugs. Due to COVID restrictions a graveside ceremony will be held at the Delburne Cemetery for immediate family only at 1:00 pm on Monday, October 4th, 2021. After 2:00 pm it will be open for the public if anyone is wanting to come pay their respects.
