Collins, age 75, of Montrose, IL. passed away at 8:00 pm on Sunday September 26, 2021, at Lakeland Rehab and Health Care Center in Effingham, IL.</p> <p>Graveside services will be at 11:00 am on Friday October 1, 2021, at the Montrose Cemetery, Montrose IL. The Barkley Funeral Chapel in Toledo, IL. is assisting the family with the arrangements.</p> <p>Joyce was born on July 25, 1946, in rural Neoga, IL. to Clarence and Edith White. She married Joe Collins on June 24, 1967. Survivors include her husband; Daughter, Vickie (Ed) Lewis; son Clarence Collins and girlfriend Donica Frayer; grandkids, Tony and Alex Haney, Amy and Kyle Hille, Wendi Ann and Bryant Musson, and Cheyenne Collins; six great- grandchildren; sisters, Barbara Sanderson, Phyliss Henon, and Ruby Pearl Phipps; brothers, George (Toni) White, Larry White, Terry (Deb) White and twin brother Jerry (Mary) White.
