Dennis A. Vines, 70, of Fort Smith, Arkansas passed away on Sunday, Sept. 26, 2021. He was born on May 11, 1951 in Young County, Texas to Ray A. and Bobbie W. (Banks) Vines. He was a U.S. Army Veteran and former owner of Neptune’s Locker. Dennis also had previously worked at OG&E and was a photographer. He was preceded in death by his parents and a daughter, Bobbie Elaine Vines. Funeral is 10:00 AM, Thursday, September 30, 2021 at Ocker-Putman Funeral Home in Fort Smith with cremation to follow. The family will visit with friends from 5-7PM on Wednesday at the funeral home. He is survived by his wife Winna of the home; two daughters, Celeste Johnson and Celia Vines both of Fort Smith; a son, Chris Vines of Fort Smith and 4 grandchildren, Isaiah, Elijah and Elisha Johnson and Erika Vines.
