Shawnda Le'Jean Stevens Fort Smith, Arkansas Obituary

Shawnda Le'Jean Stevens

Shawnda Le’Jean Stevens, 48, of Fort Smith passed away on Saturday September 25, 2021 in a local hospital. She was born June 29, 1973 in Fort Smith to Johnny and Janice (Francis) Robertson. She was a restauranteur. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Norma Jean Hulse; her father, Johnny Marvin Robertson; Aunt Patty Moon and Cousins John and Dusty Moon. Shawnda was a mother, sister, daughter, aunt, cousin and friend to many. She never met a stranger. If she thought someone needed something, she always gave what she could even if it meant doing without. She had her daddy’s heart, full of love. She was a prankster, whether she was scaring you while you were driving or standing on a corner waiting on you to search for things that weren’t there. She was always making you laugh. She loved her family and lived life to the fullest. They say the power of a person’s life is the stories they leave behind and boy did she leave some behind. Rest in peace, you will be missed but never forgotten. She is survived by her husband, Marcus; two daughters Hannah Russo of Fort Smith and Autumn Russo of Port Orange, FL ; her mother and step-father, Janice and Alan Haftel of Fort Smith; six brothers, Bobby Robertson of Kansas City, KS, Melvin Robertson of Longview, TX, Marvin Robertson of Fort Smith, Johnny Shane Haftel of Spiro, Chad Haftel and Dustin Haftel both of Philadelphia, PA; one sister, Amanda Allred of Bartlesville, OK; and two grandchildren. Family held memorial service will be 2:00 P.M. Wednesday at the Unite Church in Spiro. Cremation is under the direction of Ocker-Putman Funeral Home of Fort Smith
